We Believe
We Believe
in God, the Creator of the World;
in Jesus, God’s Son, who came to earth, lived a holy, perfect life, then died on a cross;
that by dying Jesus bore God’s punishment for our sins and so made it possible for God to forgive us and for us to know God;
that Jesus rose from the dead and is now in heaven;
that one day Jesus will return to earth to take all those who trust Him back to heaven, to live there forever with Him;
that the Bible is God’s word to us, that it is completely true, and that life has meaning and satlsfactìon only if we live by its teaching.
